This headband is a fun take on the Cat in the Hat!

- Tips and tricks: The ears slide on the headband so you can move them around a bit and even pin them in place with a couple of bobby pins. The top hat is stitched between the ears so you can only slide them so far. The attached little top hat is soft and I would consider stuffing the hollow top hat with some tissue paper to keep it 'inflated'.
