- Description: These quality tutus feature 5 layers of tulle attached to a satin ribbon wait band. The bottom layer measures about 11’’ long. The middle layer is doubled over creating a pocket with 1 ½’’ satin ribbon or 1’’ print grosgrain ribbon held inside it and the top layer is also doubled over creating a 7’’ deep pocket that holds eight large and lots of small round confetti. The look is completed with a satin bow at the waist. The Purple tutu features 4 ½’’ spider confetti and the Orange tutu features 5 ½’’ orange and black BOO! Confetti and not pumpkin confetti as pictured.
