This Satin witch hat has a 14’’ tall pointed crown that is backed with foam to keep its shape and is partially lined. The 5’’ brim is stiffened with a wire frame and is covered with black tulle top and bottom for a touch of class. The hat is trimmed with a matching tulle ruffle, a net bow, purple or green satin fabric flowers and iridescent black feathers.
