- Washing and Care Instructions: This wig can be brushed and washed. To wash, fill a basin with cold water. Add a dash of mild shampoo and mix gently. Remove the bobby pins and then gently dip the wig in the shampoo mixture and swish gently for several minutes. Gently rinse the wig in cold water until all shampoo residue is removed. Gently towel dry to remove excess water then set aside to dry. I like to set it on a wig block but hanging it also works. No setting is necessary because the curls will snap back into position when the hair is completely dry. Remember, only brush or comb the wig only after it is completely dry and never use curling iron or heated curlers as it could melt the wig.
