Graftobian professional cake eyeliner can be used wet or dry.

- Suggestions: Use a few drops of Graftobian Magic Set Mixing and Lining Liquid instead of water. Your liner will become smudge proof, water proof and have long lasting wear.
How to Use:
WET APPLICATION:
- For an even application wet the brush first then dip and roll into cake eyeliner.
- For a thin line, use only the tip of the brush and very little pressure; for a thicker line, apply more pressure to the brush.
- Allow liner to dry completely before fully opening the eye.
DRY APPLICATION:
- Apply cake eyeliner with a firm angle brush along top and bottom lash lines in continuous little "pat and press" steps.
